How to Lose Saddlebags

Do you have trouble with extra fat on your thighs? Are you looking for ways to lose fat on your legs? You've come to the right place. Extra fat carried on the thighs is often called "saddlebags". This is typically a bigger problem for women than men since this is the area where excess fat is typically stored in females. Here's how to lose saddlebags.

Instructions

1. Get on an exercise program that focuses on full body fitness. It is impossible to spot train areas on your body, so you'll want to start a full body workout that is a blend of strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Aim to strength train 3 days per week and do cardiac 3 days per week. In order to lose saddlebags, you must build some muscle through training. This is important because muscle will help in the fat burning process.

2. Maintain a healthy diet that creates a daily calorie deficit. In order to lose any body fat, such as that found in your thighs, you must burn more calories than you consume or consume less calories! Aim to create a daily calorie deficit of 500 per day. This will give you one pound of weight loss weekly. The best way to do this is to consume 250 less calories daily and burn 250 calories daily exercising. Refer to PreviLEAN for personal nutrition plans.

3. Avoid all of the modern day gimmicks that promise quick results with no effort. True fat loss is the result of hard work and dedication and a true lifestyle change. The same applies when you are attempting to get rid of those saddlebags.

Tips:

- Consume plenty of water daily.
- Consume plenty of fruits and vegetable daily to enhance weight loss.

Warning:

Consult a physician before beginning an exercise program.
