Quick Weight Loss Diet Plan - A Unique Way To Lose Weight

One of the most effective ways to lose weight is by just taking soup all day. This quick weight loss diet plan does appeal to a lot of dieters because it entitles them to eat all the soup they can all day, so there's no sense of deprivation. In this diet, all the soup and water is allowed, plus a daily set of food that is said to speed up the flushing of excesses out of the body. It is considered a quick weight loss solution, as by the end of the 7-day run of this diet, a dieter should lose at most 15 pounds!



On the first day, the dieter is advised to eat all the fruit he or she can eat, with the exception of bananas. Also, he or she cannot eat any other food aside from fruit. Cabbage soup and water is allowed. On the second day, all vegetables are allowed, and only vegetables should be eaten along with water and soup. A baked potato is allowed, but no butter or any dressing is allowed.

On the third day of this quick weight loss diet plan, all fruits and vegetables can be eaten except bananas and potatoes. Take as much water and cabbage soup as possible along with the fruits and veggies. On the fourth day, only skimmed milk and bananas are allowed to be eaten with the cabbage soup.

The fifth day entitles the dieter to eat at most 20 ounces of beef, white chicken meat or fish and as many as six tomatoes. With the soup and water, this is supposed to flush out uric acid from the body. On the sixth day, beef, white chicken meat or fish and vegetables is allowed, with the exception of potatoes.

The last day of this quick weight loss diet plan would entitle the dieter to eat anything with the exception of bread and alcoholic or carbonated beverages. By the next day, it is expected that at least 10 pounds have been shed off the dieter.
