Natural Dieting Food
If we are still eating like a teenager, that is the problem and yes its hard to grow up. However the body doesn't do what it did. Life is more leisurely as we get older. We grow/become slower and we no longer need half food we did when we were younger. Yet we are in a die hard pattern of eating. Be unconventional, as have you noticed no one tells us how to grow old, we're just expected to know. Just imagining what you could do with half your food budget money should be motivation enough.
Also the web, today, is like our own personal library, so use it. If you require support you must focus on the detail, as for the website below, follow the link and give yourself a fighting chance. We all have different body parts we focus on. Start there. And, yes you can reduce you cup size by diet. Unfortunately its the last place that loses weight.
What you must do is
1.be honest with yourself and people who mater, as it comes up
2.change small things
3.know what you can't do/change
We have heard of people using any foods for dieting. Use whatever you want.
Wherever you're starting
i.) either cut out all snacking cakes, tresats and biscuits, whichever you have
ii.)OR reduce your meals; either in size or in frequency -eventually both
iii.)Use your own knowledge of food. Perhaps replacing milk or cream with yogurt.
4.Don't forget to treat yourself at the end of 2 weeks. Have somethinng light like a small chocolate bar, as long as you have less than you would normally have in a day and you treat yoruself regularly, you have something to look forward to and something to aim for.
5.This is success. The longer you can stay on your diet the better.
6.You're not supposed to go back to the diet you had before, EVER. If and when this makes sense, you're head is in the right place.
7. If you go off your diet all is not lost, though it may feel like it. Control one thing, the same thing each day: go off for one thing for weeks then have half your usual amount. You won't have the room for it so take advantage of the fact that you body wants less, even if its not in your head yet.
